technologies in the field of paints and pigments have been demanded from
the world at large.
Paints and pigments containing hazardous metals such as harmful chromium
are still widely used in many developing and emerging countries. And it
is one of the factors causing pollution problems.
To solve this problem, we have been challenged in the development of paint
pigments for more than 20 years.
Finally we succeeded in the innovative developments of metallic pigment
in the field of metal surface processing in 2010 and 2013 and obtained
their patents.
It is predicted conventional paints will be widely alternated with water-based one in very near future. Our technology will be noted in all the world.
Thanks to the safety and gentleness of our technology, anti-corrosion pigments based on these patents will be spread worldwide. It will contribute to the improvement of the global environment.

There have been no pigments which has both rust-proof and corrosion resistance
which has been considered impossible until we develop AFNOA. Therefore,
a self-sacrifice type rust corrosion inhibitor of the desired hue has been
believed, too.
We have focused on the fact that the prior technology cannot solve this
problem. And finally, we have succeeded in the development of a method
for producing a zinc-based composite material that can be colored in the
various hue.
Liquid zinc-based composite processing material and coats after the treatment, contain no hazardous material. In addition, no water is used in this process. Therefore it does not require the step of drainage.
From this fact, you will understand that this invention is ideal for environment-friendliness,
resource-saving and energy-saving. It is evident that this technology is
as well as or even better than electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized,
shock and zinc plating.
AFNOA is the only pigment existing in the world now but is aiming the same
quality in self-sacrifice type rust corrosion such as zinc plating and
electroplating ultimately of excellent coating characteristics.
