AFNOA --- environmentally friendly metal pigment in the rust-proof paint and plating industry

Environmental issues have been focused on these days. Environmentally friendly technologies in the field of paints and pigments have been demanded from the world at large.
Paints and pigments containing hazardous metals such as harmful chromium are still widely used in many developing and emerging countries. And it is one of the factors causing pollution problems.
To solve this problem, we have been challenged in the development of paint pigments for more than 20 years.
Finally we succeeded in the innovative developments of metallic pigment in the field of metal surface processing in 2010 and 2013 and obtained their patents.
It is predicted conventional paints will be widely alternated with water-based one in very near future. Our technology will be noted in all the world.

AFNOA --- the world's first Zinc-based anti-rust pigment

AFNOA-B

AFNOA-B is the world's first anti-rust pigment in black. It is a black pigment of rust-proof and corrosion resistance.
AFNOA-B is a zinc-based composite material pollution-free. This is the self-sacrificed black pigment. Thickness of anti-rust and anti-corrosion paints is much thinner than conventional ones. It also has conductivity in addition to high corrosion resistance.
You can apply it to a wide range of applications. It is suitable for applications of screws and bolts, automotive engine room and chassis, products of iron-based metal, for example.

AFNOA-S

AFNOA-S is also the world's first rust-proof and corrosion resistance pigment, which is silver with high brightness.
AFNOA-S is a zinc-based composite material for pollution-free. This is the self-sacrificed silver pigment and also has conductivity in addition to high corrosion resistance. AFNOA-S may be applicable to various industries.

Conventional aluminum paste is pigment powder in a beautiful aluminum silver-white as well-known. AFNOA is much better in color of beautiful silver-white with a high intensity and in excellent water resistance, oxidation resistance, rust prevention corrosion resistance.
This pigment powder is safe and pollution-free, which conventional aluminum pastes may be replaced. You can also use it even in water-based paint fields where aluminum paste is because of difficulty of usage.
As paint pigment water-based or organic solvent-based, you use it for rust-proof decoration of various metal products, such as electrical appliances which have never been used.
Please never forget that AFNOA-S is the world's first pigment in excellent water resistance and oxidation resistance which has not only of high corrosion resistance but also high silvery brightness.

The difference between and AFNOA and existing products

There have been no pigments which has both rust-proof and corrosion resistance which has been considered impossible until we develop AFNOA. Therefore, a self-sacrifice type rust corrosion inhibitor of the desired hue has been believed, too.
We have focused on the fact that the prior technology cannot solve this problem. And finally, we have succeeded in the development of a method for producing a zinc-based composite material that can be colored in the various hue.
Liquid zinc-based composite processing material and coats after the treatment, contain no hazardous material. In addition, no water is used in this process. Therefore it does not require the step of drainage.
From this fact, you will understand that this invention is ideal for environment-friendliness, resource-saving and energy-saving. It is evident that this technology is as well as or even better than electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, shock and zinc plating.
AFNOA is the only pigment existing in the world now but is aiming the same quality in self-sacrifice type rust corrosion such as zinc plating and electroplating ultimately of excellent coating characteristics.
